APPLICATION FORMS AND SETBACKS – You Must fill out an Applicant Contact Sheet For ANY application to be processed.

Complaint Process
1. Fill out and sign the complaint; make sure that your contact information is correct.
2. Contact the Zoning office, provide written documentation (pictures if available).
3. Zoning office will investigate the complaint, contact the owner and attempt resolution.
~ a.) Site Visit and photographs taken.
~ b.) Certified letter sent to mailing address on file for the property owner.
~ c.) Follow up site visit and additional letters to violator if necessary.
~d.) Probable Cause is written and turned over to the Prosecuting Attorney.
4. If the complaint needs to be forwarded to another entity we will do so immediately.
*Please note that when we do a property inspection we are required to inspect both the property of the reported violation and that of the person making the complaint.

***IF YOU ARE REPORTING AN ONSITE WASTEWATER/SEPTIC COMPLAINT YOU MUST BE THE AGGRIEVED PARTY (It must be affecting your land) AND YOU MUST SIGN THE COMPLAINT.
