AS OF MAY 9, 2024, APPLICATIONS ARE SUSPENDED STARTING UNTIL POLICY IS UPDATED

County residents can apply their own dust control as long as they have the approval of residents on the road, apply with the county, and receive approval from the County Commission. Below is the application that contains the required documents and requirements:
